About the Author

Grandmaster Rudolf Kang

Taekwon-Do Master (ITF) 9th Dan, instructor, and international judge. One of the pioneers of martial arts in the USSR and a founder of Taekwon-Do in the Soviet Union.

A professional Taekwon-Do coach  with more than 40 years of experience in Eastern martial arts, the author has brought up several generations of students that achieved considerable success.

A creator of the Professional Taekwon-Do Club in Moscow named after General Choi Hong Hi. The author of the book "The Way to Learn Taekwon-Do" and the founder of the concept of Biomechanics in Taekwon-Do.
